 Cary Galbraith Online Art Listing Cary Galbraith grew up in Pelham Manor, New York where her talent flourished at an early age due to her father. Her father William R Galbraith IV was a passionate artist and self made advertising executive. His coveted works are in public and private collections around the world. Cary received her formal training from the Philadelphia College of Art, The Phoenix School of Design, NYC and The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia. She has been painting for many years and has displayed her work in a variety of art centers and shows. Her work is in private collections around the country. She continues to study her craft and has attended workshops with renowned portrait artists such as Nelson Shanks and Igor Babailov. Cary is a member of the Portrait Society of America. |
