Barbara Gamble is a Canadian Artist who has lived and traveled throughout Europe and North America. Today she makes her home in the City of Ottawa, Ontario and Val des Monts, Quebec. The subject matter of her art ranges from the vistas of fields, forests and waters to a plant's smallest, new leaves. Using waxes, pigments and oil paints the artist's paintings are built by applying layer upon layer of coloured waxes onto the surfaces.
