 Lifting Series #5 Cheryl Taves Online Art Listing Cheryl Taves is a mixed media artist working on panel, canvas and Mylar. Her painting focuses on process with attention to building surface, layering of materials, and gestural mark making. She also works with printmaking, utilizing monotype and intaglio techniques. In her process-based work, Cheryl is concerned with the act of relationship, particularly as it relates to the unconscious, working with materials and methods that provoke her internal imagery to come forward. |
