Dan Zinno was born in Ohio in 1976 and grew up in New England, he now works out of his home studio in Georgetown, TX. His work has been described as 'ugly' and 'brutal' but this does not dissuade the artist. Zinno's work is fueled as he pushes the viewers' comfort zone to a place where they are forced to view the image free from personal and social pre-conceptions.
Zinno's work has been shown in Austin, Boston, Colorado, Dallas, Indiana, New York City and several venues in the Los Angeles area and is included in corporate and private collections spanning 9 states.
