 Abandoned Abode Jim Kamprath Online Art Listing Jim Kamprath artist statement: I am a retired teacher/administrator who spends his time photographing his environs and then turning those digital photographs into my Art. I use digital photographs which I manipulate, print out in black and white and glue down on to heavy paper and color over with with wax pastel. To achieve a realistic representation of what surrounds me. I try to develop my compositions to be pleasing and aesthetic. I received my MFA from Memphis College of Art in 2002 |
