SooZ Online Art Listing

Born in Ontario in 1956 and presently living in Rigaud, Quebec, Sooz works on a variety of subject matter, but prefers to work on paintings designed from her imagination. Her paintings are usually bright and colourful, and can be included under the heading of “fun” art.

Her technique: Sooz usually uses acrylic in any way she possibly can, incorporating texture into the painting whenever it will enhance the work.

Academics and experience: After graduating from Dawson with honours in Illustration and Design, Sooz started designing dinnerware and glassware for a Montreal company. Since she has taken up painting in watercolour, oil and acrylic learning from the extensive art book collection she owns and painting everyday.
