Patti Dyment Online Art Listing

Born and raised in Alberta, Patti has lived in Canmore for 23 years. She began painting as a teen in Fort McMurray. Although primarily self-taught, she enjoyed one term at the St. Lawrence College of Fine Art and Technology, and the second-year program in the University of Alberta’s Fine Art and Design program.

Patti has painted in a broad range of media and styles from watercolor photorealism to innovative, high-key acrylics. She has taught several courses on painting and drawing and was the president of the Canmore Artists and Artisans Guild for three years.

For the past three years, Patti has been focused on painting wildlife and Rocky Mountain landscapes in acrylics, scraperboards, and especially oils.
