Abraham Luna's artist statement: I've been drawing since I was 5. My biggest influences are comic books, anime, tattoos, and fantasy artists. People tend to enjoy the creativity and imagination in fantasy art. I recently started sculpting, and I find that it's a lot harder then what I've done before. I have also started tattooing, I hope to get really good at it. I dream of becoming a digital painter and selling my work to big companies as concept art for their projects.
My work is based on emotion and social issues. People tend to have more of a connection if they can relate to the piece and learn something from it. I try to look at the idea from all aspects, start to finish, front to back, etc. You get the idea. Fans will always see something new they didn't notice before whenever they look at my art. I like to create masterpieces so people can cherish them forever.
