Peter Moore Online Art Listing

Peter Moore is a Canadian Artist living on Vancouver Island in the beautiful Comox Valley. Originally from Britain, his love of art and nature were realized at a very early age. Peter has worked in many mediums over the years, but now chooses acrylics and soapstone for sculpting. He loves to infuse shadows and light, with bright colors in his nature paintings. His soapstone sculptures preserve the beauty of the stone, while the image emerges. Formally a top Canadian distance runner, he was inducted into the Canadian Roadrunner Hall of Fame and the Edmonton, Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in 1995.
