Maritza Bermudez Artist Statement: I enjoy painting because it gives me a feeling of energy, excitement, and satisfaction. I try to be spontaneous and transfer those feelings to the paper and canvas. Painting has become my passion and it is my wish that those who come in contact with my artwork, enjoy looking at it as much as I have enjoyed creating it, experience the excitement and are able to see the story behind the subject.
