 The Marsh Gainor E. Roberts Online Art Listing Gainor Roberts paints a variety of subject matter, ranging from plein air paintings to 'symbolic' paintings that represent emotions or details of a person's life. She also paints traditional portraits in oils and pastels. She works in oil, watercolor, pastel, egg tempera and monotype printmaking. She has been painting for as long as she can remember, and recently had a 50-year retrospective of her work. She lived in Southeastern Connecticut for most of her adult life and now she lives in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. She teaches workshops and classes in painting and drawing. |
