Kimberley Walton Artist Statement: For me, especially since I have had children, painting has been my form of relaxation and escape from my world of being a homemaker. It has provided me an outlet for my creativity, a time for myself and no one else. I love doing florals and landscapes, as I am often inspired by my own garden. Painting takes me to a higher level of consciousness. I am especially fond of seeing colors in nature, and being able to create a single color out of many mixed together; and explore how each compliments one another. Acrylic paint allows this symbiotic mixture to happen.
