 Good Morning Pastels Linda Anderson Stewart Online Art Listing Linda Anderson Stewart, a graduate from the Alberta College of Art and Design with a BFA in Painting, she began a process of re-training , doing a series of fruit still life studies leading to three exhibitions, Reflections on Fruit, (Calgary) Through the Looking Glass (Calgary) and Plates and Pears (Waterton) between 1998 and 2001. The work in Through the Looking Glass, incorporated a 3 dimensional aspect, in which balsawood carvings of pears, apples and lemons where worked into movable panels to intensify the dimensionality of the work. |
